She is the head baker and founder here at Fat & Chewsie. Her passion for the culinary arts started out as just a hobby at home until the day she decided to move to Los Angeles, CA and attend The Art Institute - Hollywood for baking and pastry. From there, she worked as a personal chef with a high profile clientele as well as gaining experience as a mass production baker at NBC Universal Studios. She then moved on to Las Vegas, NV, where she has settled, and has had a successful career as a Pastry Chef working for some of the top restaurants within the city. Brandy, who was born and raised in the city of Detroit, MI, grew up understanding the meaning of hard work and hustling so it's not surprising that even with the strides she has made in her career thus far, there is more she wants to accomplish. If there is one rule she lives by it would be "no risk, no reward", so she took the leap and officially started Fat & Chewsie LLC in 2017. Brandy is looking forward to further serving her community and making people happy the best way she knows how - through her desserts! She prides herself on providing quality products that everyone can enjoy. Whether it be a classic chocolate chip cookie or sweets and treats that cater to those with strict diets or allergies, there is something for you.
